About the Recipe

Dhokla is the traditional Gujarati snack dish generally made from Gram Flour. ME2MILLET brings individual Dhokla Flour / Premix for each positive millet without GRAM. With this you can enjoy your Dhokla with Super Food.

Ingredients

  1. Any ME2MILLET's Millet Dhokla Flour / Premix

  2. Curd

  3. Salt

  4. Baking Soda

  5. Oil

  6. Green chillies

  7. Curry leaves

  8. Water

Preparation

  1. Mix the Millet Dhokla flour with 100ml lukewarm water and 2 tbsp curd (Add salt as per requirement)


  2. Keep batter aside for 15-20 minutes and prepare the cooker or vessel with enough water on medium to high flame on gas


  3. Just before cooking add the 1tsp baking soda and mix it well in single direction to make batter fluffy/spongy


  4. Spread the batter equally in deep pan after greasing with oil


  5. Add the pan into cooker with lid closed for 15-20 minutes to cook


  6. Take pan out, cut them into slices and serve with required garnishing of green chilly, curry leaves tempering
